Gentle hose care for contamination and crust formation

The thin oil mixture flows quickly and over a large area and can thus be evenly distributed in the hose pocket and over the hose. The included syringe makes application and dosing easier.

Application of hose care for horses

Preparation:
Before using the Ekwi Tube Care in the intimate area of ​​your horse, the observe your own hygiene Wash your hands thoroughly, trim any sharp fingernails and remove any jewelry from your fingers and wrists to minimize the risk of injury to your horse. Also wear disposable gloves.

Cleaning the horse’s intimate area:

Applying the care product into the hose pocket:
Draw up 10 ml of the tube care product using the syringe provided. Stand to the side of the horse and out of reach of the hind legs to minimize the risk of injury from being kicked. For particularly sensitive horses, it is advisable to ask a second person to help hold the horse in place.

Danger:
When applying the product, extreme caution must always be taken to avoid injuries to the horse's genital area. In any case, avoid quick and jerky movements and try to create a calm and relaxed atmosphere .

To make insertion easier, moisten the front part of the syringe with a little Ekwi tube care. Gently insert the tip of the syringe into the tube pocket on one side. Slowly apply the agent into the tube pocket and carefully pull the syringe out again. Draw up another 10 ml and repeat the application on the other side of the tube pocket.

The first dissolved smegma crusts fall off quickly after successful application. For faster application, the dissolved dirt particles can also be removed by gently wiping the hose pocket with a soft, clean cloth after a short exposure time of around 5 minutes.

If the horse extends the tube, the Ekwi tube care product can also be applied directly to the penis shaft contaminated with smegma. For sensitive horses, it is recommended to rinse the tube bag with clean water after use.

After use, clean the syringe with a clean, dry cloth. Close the Ekwi tube care bottle tightly with the lid. Store the syringe and bottle in a clean, dry place. Repeat the application once a week.

Important instructions:
In rare cases, allergic reactions or local irritations may occur. In general, removing crusts may cause skin irritation or inflammation. In this case, stop using the product and rinse the tube pocket if necessary .
