Single jointed eggbutt bit with lock-up – Sweet Iron
This single-jointed olive head bit with lock-up is made of stainless steel with a top layer of sweet iron, which oxidizes (rusts) easily and thus increases the horse's acceptance of the bit.
The lock-up system protects the horse's palate and tongue and distributes the pressure evenly, as it cannot collapse in the middle (no nutcracker effect).
Well suited for horses that tend to go behind the reins.

Care: Rinse with lukewarm water after use. If large rust stains appear, simply brush the dentures with a steel kitchen sponge before use.
2-part Lock-up D-ring Bit – Sweet Iron
This 2-part lock-up D-ring bit is produced in stainless steel with a sweet iron surface that oxidizes (rusts) easily. This encourages the horse to accept the bit.
The lock-up system protects the roof of the horse’s mouth and tongue and distributes the pressure evenly, since the “nutcracker action” is prevented.
Suitable for horses that hesitate with resting on the bit.

Care instructions: Rinse with lukewarm water after use. If larger rust stains appear the bit can be scrubbed with a sponge scouring pad before use
